Our Boys' Development Journey

Our program is structured within the highly regarded Elite Academy (EA) League pathway, offering a clear progression for dedicated athletes:

EA 2 (Foundation): This is our entry point, focusing on core skill development and competitive play in a nurturing environment.
EA (Elite Academy - Tier 1): As players demonstrate readiness, they advance to the top tier of the EA League. Here, they compete at a high regional and national level, gaining significant exposure to college scouts and a deeper understanding of advanced tactical play.
MLS Next Academy Division: Our current highest competitive tier. This division within the MLS Next framework provides an elite environment for top performers, offering intense competition and enhanced visibility for collegiate and potential professional opportunities.

Our Vision: Aiming for the MLS Next Homegrown Division

The MLS Next Homegrown Division represents the pinnacle of youth soccer, offering a direct route to professional MLS teams. While our MLS Next Academy Division is already a premier platform, Oaks FC is actively and strategically working to build out our pathway to extend to this very highest level. We are continually striving to expand our horizons and offer our players every possible opportunity at the summit of the youth soccer pyramid.

Her Path to Excellence

The journey for aspiring female soccer players involves a structured path towards elite competition and college opportunities. At Oaks FC, we are dedicated to guiding our girls every step of the way.

Our Girls' Development Journey

Our program is centered around the Development Player League (DPL), a highly respected platform known for preparing athletes for the next level. We offer a progressive pathway:

DPL Open: The starting point for foundational skill development and competitive match play, designed to build confidence and core abilities.
DPL Divisions: As players advance, they move through the main DPL leagues, gaining invaluable experience against strong regional competition. The DPL is a crucial stage for maximizing visibility to college coaches, helping our girls find their perfect fit for collegiate soccer after high school.

Our Vision: Reaching the Girls' Academy

The Girls' Academy (GA) represents the pinnacle of youth soccer for girls, offering unparalleled exposure to top collegiate programs. While we are currently focused on maximizing our players' success within the DPL, Oaks FC is actively and strategically building our program towards achieving Girls' Academy status. Our ambition is to create the most comprehensive pathway possible, ensuring our players have access to every opportunity at the very highest levels of youth soccer.

Team Information

VC Oaks FC offers competitive teams for both boys and girls for children ages 6-19, and are organized by birth year (ex: 2011 = players born between January 1-December 31, 2011)

Players are selected to teams based on developmental level.
