Field assignments go out with the schedule. Parking fills by 8am on finals day — arrive early.

Online in advance or at HQ before your first match. Bring player cards + medical waivers.
Locked the Wednesday before. Guest players allowed within your governing body's limits.
Out at least a week ahead. Three group matches guaranteed, set by the tournament office.

USYSA, US Club and AYSO teams, boys and girls, from small-sided ages through U19 — enter at the level you actually play.
Three group matches minimum, more if you advance to semis and finals.
No — officials are included in the entry fee.
When payment clears — an application alone doesn't hold your spot.
We merge it with the nearest bracket or refund you in full.
Yes, at check-in — bring the player's card and medical waiver.
Plenty of hotels on the 101, minutes from every venue. We send a partner list with acceptance — no stay-to-play requirement.
Full refund if we can't place you or cancel a bracket. Withdrawals after acceptance refund only if we can refill your spot.
